Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within one week to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL PICKUP -  7600 W 27th St # A1, St Louis Park, MN 55426

Orders can be picked up on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 10am-6pm if you selected local pickup at checkout. If you ordered floor mats, please wait for an email letting you know your order is ready for pickup (typically within 7 days).

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mac@courageheavy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
